La villa, costruita agli inizi del XVIII secolo, è sicuramente una delle più eleganti di tutto il comune di Massarosa. L'edificio di chiara impronta Settecentesca, dalla classica forma a parallelepipedo, è caratterizzato dalle due facciate principali, quasi identiche sia per il numero di finestre sia per la presenza su ambedue i lati di una scala a doppia rampa. La villa è corredata da due giardini: quello posto a mezzogiorno e per questo chiamato " d'inverno" è un giardino all'italiana racchiuso da un bel muro di cinta, quello posto a settentrione ossia il giardino "d'estate" è un enorme prato erboso circondato da piante di ippocastano.
This villa, built in the early 18th century, is surely one of the most elegant in the area around Massarosa. Clearly inspired by the architectural styles of the Italian settecento, the building takes the form of a straightforward rectangular construction. It has two main fronts that are almost identical in terms of the number of windows, and because of the presence on both sides of a double flight of steps. The villa is graced by two gardens: the one to the south, appropriately known as the "winter garden", is laid out in the Italian style within a fine boundary wall; the "summer garden" to the north, takes the form of a huge lawn surrounded by horse chestnut trees.
